At Elavant Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and personal care products. Refunds may be considered if a product arrives damaged, an incorrect item is delivered, a duplicate payment is made, or we are unable to fulfill the order as promised.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, and we do not accept refunds for products with broken seals or damaged original packaging. Items marked as final sale, promotional items, and clearance items are also not eligible for refunds.

Customers who wish to request a refund must contact our support team within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date and provide their order number, proof of purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue. Customers may be required to submit photographs or other evidence for damaged or incorrect items to help us properly evaluate the request.

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to an error made by Elavant Beauty.

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or store credit depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the product. Elavant Beauty reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website.
